  • Why does the price for certain products change when an item is selected from the initial category webpage?

    Certain products reflect a different price on our shop website. When you select the price you're interested in, the price will either show the lowest amount or the starting price depending on quantity. 


    Be sure to adjust the quantity based on your needs when selecting a product. The price will automatically adjust itself based on the quantity of product you're purchasing.

  • Is shipping for Group Buy orders free?

    Shipping costs cannot be avoided in group buys. An invoice outlining the shipping costs will be sent separately, and the amount changed will vary depending on the size of your order and the shipping destination. 

  • How do I redeem reward points?

    Log in to your rewards account by clicking the star icon at the bottom left corner of our shop website. A pop-up will appear for you to enter your login information. 


    Discount codes are provided upon using your reward points and can be used at checkout. 


    Please note: On mobile devices, the rewards icon is a small green circle with a white star in the center. On desktops, the rewards button is green with a white star and the word 'Rewards.'

  • Where do you ship?

    Christmas Light Contractors ships to the majority of the continental United States, only excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Can you designate specific areas to change colors with Holiday Dynamics RGB Color Changing Bulbs?

    Unfortunately not. All Holiday Dynamics RGB Color Changing Bulbs are synced to the same controller. 


    The only alternative we can suggest is the Minleon permanent lighting, which allows you to change certain sections of bulb colors. This option requires an additional controller for each designated section. 

  • Do you sell mini lights by the strand?

    We typically only sell mini strands by the case from all brands offered on our shop website, with the exception of Holiday Dynamics RGB Color Changing mini lights. 

  • What colors do permanent lights create?

    Permanent light color options are infinite. You custom-select colors via a color wheel.

  • What is the difference between Admiral and Standard spools?

    Admiral is a reputable brand known for its high quality and preference from contractors. While our spools are only top-quality, we use the term 'Standard' for non-Minleon spools.

  • What is the difference between Gilbert and standard plugs?

    Gilbert is a well-known brand of high-quality plugs, preferred by most contractors. Much like our spools, 'standard' is a term we use for non-Minleon plugs.

  • How do I place a pickup order?

    To place an order for pickup, add items to your cart on our shop website. Once you're ready, click the checkout button at the top right of the screen. A banner will appear at the top of the screen with a list of pickup location codes. 


    Type your desired pickup location code into the DISCOUNT CODE section at checkout. 


    Please note: We only offer local pickup options in Indianapolis, Denver, and Raleigh.
